Another Update!!

We are getting SO close!!! As of today, we have 57 women adopted!! We only have 25 to go! I am so blown away by the support of my customers, friends & family. Here are the lovely ladies I would like to thank today:

I am SO excited!! We didn't just get to the halfway mark (41), we LEAPED over it!!! We now have 49 women adopted!!! Here are today's beauties:

Guess what!! We are ALMOST halfway to our goal of adopting 82 women at the Battered Women & Children's Shelter!! I am just so excited about this because the idea of bringing a little bit of hope, beauty & happiness into these women's lives is just SO COOL!! Especially since this is probably the very worst time of their lives. I cannot even begin to tell all of you how much I appreciate your support in this endeavor. And with that said, please allow me to lengthen my list of very special women:

Beauty that Counts

Please consider adopting a woman in need this holiday season. With your gift of $13, a woman at The Battered Women and Children’s Shelter of Bexar County (San Antonio, TX) will receive an Apple Berry Lipstick in your name. You will help to make a struggling woman feel the warmth of knowing that somebody cares about her and she’ll get to feel pretty on the outside with a beautiful, new lipstick.

In addition to your physical gift, Mary Kay will donate 100 percent of its profits from the sale of this lipstick to change the lives of women and children around the world. As part of this effort, in the United States, Mary Kay Inc. is proud to support Break the Cycle in its efforts to stop domestic violence before it starts.

It is my goal to be able to give an Apple Berry Lipstick to each of the 82 woman at the shelter this Christmas. Each gift is $13 and you can adopt as many women as you desire.
